You have a couple of options.  Depending if you use spamdyke or not. If you do 
check that if you do not use the /etc/tcprules.d/ options example:

167.xxx.xxx.xxx:allow,RBLSMTPD="",NOP0FCHECK="1",SENDER_NOCHECK="1"
