What IP address are you using when pointing to the qmail server, and are
you running the form on the qmail server itself.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but while the qmail server appears to be
working in all other respects, when I run ‘conntest’ the second and third lines
always fail and I cannot find why this test test is failing.
