If you're using spamdyke it will do TLS encryption. Disable it. In
/etc/spamdyke/spamdyke.conf do the following:
# QMT does encryption/decryption when cert file is commented
#tls-certificate-file=/var/qmail/control/servercert.pem
tls-level=smtp
