[qmailtoaster] How to add exception?

HI,
 
One of my server is rejecting statements from a couple of banks with the
following error in  the log.
 
554_Your_email_was_rejected_because_it_contains_the_Heuristics.Phishing.Emai
l.SpoofedDomain_virus
 
How can I allow all such emails?
