I had to set the permission again on send and smtp log folders, run queue_repair.py , set permission on send and smtp in /var/log/qmail/ Wonder what would have triggered the problem? Anyways, time to propose for a new server. It says paused!! You need to check and see if you have enough storage???? You can try to do qmailctl restart or qmailctl stop and then qmailctl start..
