Further follow up...

I just used squirrelmail to login and I get and error "Over Quota"
159.7% of 476.8M where the account is twice that size verified with vuserinfo.
The Inbox then shows this message

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: FETCH 992:1006 (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE INTERNALDATE BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Importance Priority Content-Type )])

Hence the reason the Server only supplies a few emails at a time.

Hope someone can illuminate my night here.

TIA :)

Hi Folks,
  Follow up...

I have now deleted the account in Thunderbird on the clients pc.
I have deleted the account in QMT

I recreated the client account in QMT
I recreated the account on the client pc.

Every time Thunderbird connects to the QMT server it downloads
the entire account again.

I have noticed that the client connects collects one or two emails
then disconnects. It repeats this for the entire download.

I am at a loss now.

Appreciate any help here.

Hi Folks,
I have an issue that at this time I have been unable to cure.
I am hoping someone might have a clue to help me.

A client has multiple emails account sin their qmt domain.
Only one has an issue. It is an imap under dovecot.

Every time they try to get their email, Thunderbird downloads
every email again. Even after completing it Thunderbird will
download them all again at the next check period.

I have research a lot and found many answers all of which have
not made any difference.

I installed TB on a different pc and added the account there in a
fresh install and it displays the same issue.

Any hints greatly appreciated.
