Seems to be a 0 byte email causing the issue.
Deleted that file and the error goes away.

I have tried stopping dovecot and removing all the dovecot files from the
account. Restarting dovecot
regenerated the required files but did not resolve the issue.
Can anyone suggest a cure please?
FYI ran a disk check before I did the previous just in case.
