A QxToolBar is more than just a menubar. It can also hold
QxToolBarParts, QxToolBarCheckBoxes, QxToolBarRadioButtons, etc. And
these widgets have no relation to a menubar they are just toolbar stuff.

Probably because it is the naming sheme of all toolbar buttons and it
only works inside a QxToolBar.
