now it works.
i think it is a good idear to write down my experience getting qooxdoo
from cvs with WinCVS and getting it worked with cygwin.
but not this weekend. i am actually in a hurry. Maybe next Weekend (or
at XMAS ;-).

get an xml-tree but no doc - pages.
No, this file is the full docs tree which is later used to generate
the documentation using xsltproc. Please make sure you have installed
libxslt in your cygwin environment.
