QxIframe is for Iframes.
This widget - a split pane - is currently missing in qooxdoo. A good
starting point is IMHO the QxBoxLayout: A area on the left, the divider,
and the area on the right. You must add some actions. But this should
not be too hard with all these qooxdoo event stuff.
