The bug can be seen if you resize the window. The oStatusBar (dark blue border)
does not get resized to oStatusBarContainer (white border) even though it has
width set to 100%.
This looks like a bug. The expected behavior would be if oStatusBar would
resize with oStatusBarContainer, instead it does not.
Here is code snippet to reproduce:
