Hi all,

As regular readers of the list will have seen, I've posted classes designed to provide AJAX-style functionality to Qooxdoo applications.

Now, I plan to start working on classes that provide:

* Caching of responses
* Encoding of request data and decoding of response data
* Helpers for sending client-side event data to server-side code

The question I have for the community (before I get started) is:

* Would the community prefer that these classes are clients of QxHttpTransport (effectively, wrapping QxHttpTransport for requests) or plugins to QxHttpTransport (effectively, being called when certain events occur)

As always, I invite all comments and discussion on this. Qooxdoo is a brilliant toolkit, and I want to ensure that my attempts to contribute to it are overseen by as many eyes as possible. :-)

Best regards,
