That was the original idea. To include scripts from different path a
build one qooxdoo.js or app.js file. Yes, nice.

not yet. Theoretically you can use the tools/compileng.py script. But
this is not completely ready. Also there are currently no easy shell
scripts for this version available.
Will be probably be done with a new version after the next release (0.2.5?)
