I've tried to fulfill your requests. A PHP icon is not included in
crystal. Probably a mime-sourcecode.png can help.
Unfotunatly the mime type icons in crystal aren't very good (to KDE
specific). IMHO the GNOME ones are much better.
I don't agree here. I don't see where they are KDE specific. Please take
a look yourself to the mime-*.png icons.
