Can you be more specific about how GTK doesn't correctly implement the
mouse wheel event? It is reassuring that mouse wheel scrolling is
supposed to work in Internet Explorer, but I would like it to work in
Gecko browsers too. Someone must fix this bug.

Well, many Mozilla bugs are here to last...  :-(
