Thanks. Both the old and new method are working now. I'll use this new
method henceforth.
On Tree_1.html, I'm seeing a debug message that says "Using old style
main-application!" Is there any documentation on the new style that you want
applications to use? If not, which examples, if any, have been converted?
This was just planned. There is nothing implemented or documented right
now. Just leave it as it is currently and ignore the warning message.
