Why is there a HtmlProperties and HtmlAttributes API here? What does the Properties interface do that the Attributes interface doesn't?
This is just there, because the browser handle it different. Generally
you can use property, even for normal html attributes. But you must use
attribute for things, which the browser doesn't know.
