... no, fortunately, that is not quite correct.  ;-)

Well, actually it's equally more powerful and easier than you might 
think: in principle there are several distinct themes for a qooxdoo 
application, e.g. for appearance, color, icon, widget.

The initial post was about color themes, not appearance themes. There 
are still many color themes that come with qooxdoo (e.g. windowsClassic, 
windowsLunaBlue, windowsLunaGreen, windowsLunaSilver, windowsRoyale) 
that closely resemble the Windows themes you mentioned.

As has been asked here on the list before: Isn't anyone interested in 
contributing alternative themes (particularly appearance theme). qooxdoo 
doesn't have to look like any old Windows at all! It could look like Mac 
OS X, or Windows Vista, or whatever...

That would be an extremely cool addition to qooxdoo to demonstrate its 
styling features. Takers?  ;-)
