In fact, we are working in the VS environment (obviously, with an IIS
server). I expect that others Qooxdoo'users working in the same platform can
share our experience.

First, we change the web.config file:
<globalization fileEncoding="utf-8" requestEncoding="utf-8"
responseEncoding="utf-8" />

But the problem persisted. Then we discovered an option in the File menu:
Advanced Save Options ...

There we found many encoding options. The default option, in our case, was
Western European. We change this option to UTF-8 without signature and then
all started to work very very fine!
