In my opinion we should release it and afterwards update the 
documentation. This would mean an earlier release date and a higher 
pressure to get the documentation up-to-date :)

If we however wait for documentation which really lowers the learning 
curve for new users, I think qooxdoo is at the earliest out to the 
Christmas days. Not a good choice IMHO.

The current checkout should be quite stable. In my opinion the directory 
structure has finalized.
