Yes, I also found DIV, INPUT, TEXTAREA, IMG, STYLE, HEAD... and converted
them. I already rebuilt and tested all demos and they work fine.

The reason I didn't replace document.write() entirely is that while 
testing I found that
adding script elements using DOM methods doesn't work reliably in IE 6: 
the script nodes
gets added, but it seems they are parsed in the wrong order (or not at 
all): the result is that while
loading you get several errors and the application doesn't work: because 
of this the includer first tries
document.write() and only if it fails it switches to using DOM.

Anyway, I agree with you: it's better having a single way of  including 
scripts and I consider this
a temporary solution until I find a way to avoid document.write() in all 
supported browsers.
