Hi Tobias, the settings of the window-titlebar (and of all other widgets) are defined in the appearance-theme ( qx.theme.appearance.DefaultAppearanceTheme ).
Take a look at http://qooxdoo.org/documentation/user_manual/appearance to understand how you can change the different appearances. The appearance which you need to change is "window-captionbar".
