Qooxdoo runs in in a browser on a user's machine. There's no way to get
the machine's IP Adress, since even the machine might not know (if it's
behind a router, for example). To get the user-agent of the browser try
navigator.userAgent
This is simple JavaScript and has nothing to do with qooxdoo.
