I think the method destroyContent should also be added to treefullcontrol so subitems also get destroyed if a treefolder gets destroyed.

Thank you. Well, in a way, being able to remove tree items properly can be considered a new feature. On the other hand, a missing piece of the API can also be seen as a bug. Anyway, is good to have it in place.
