and now imagine:

1. your suggestion for lookup reduction
2. accessor obfuscation
3. string optimimization
4. local variable optimization to get rid of the last readable bits

Who should be able to read these programs ;-)

Seriously, I consider implementing your suggestion but currently I don't 
find the time to do it. ;-(
