Ok, so it sounds like your bridge is similar to the Rpc class in qooxdoo which implements an interface to a JSON-RPC server, but your class, XmlRpc, will implement an interface to an XML-RPC server. Sounds great! You'll want to learn about the Transport interfaces in qooxdoo and look at the Rpc class as a hint to what your new class will do.
