Hi, the documentation is a little bit scattered. I would suggest to work through examples in the SDK release and to browse through the API via the apiviewer application.
For special topics you will find dedicated articles on the qooxdoo site. In general it helps if you are familiar with one of the traditional GUI toolkits like Win32, qt, Java Swing, SWT etc. Programming qooxdoo is quite similiar.
