While evaluating our move to QX v0.7 we ran across an odd behavior with the split pane in the showcase application. Everything works fine until you click on the split pane button. It initially loads the qooxdoo.org page. Once this happens (and before clicking on any other web sites in the split pane) navigation within the other panes (i.e. table) always shows a page loading progress bar in the browser. It also appears to quickly eat up memory. We found that clicking on other sites within the split pane seems to clear up the problem even if you return to the qooxdoo.org site within the pane. It looks like the initial load of the split pane is causing some type of odd behavior that effects operations in other panes by constantly try to load something in the background.
Sorry to only bring problems and not solutions.
