Just have a look at the API viewer at api.qooxdoo.org.
A Atom is no label, but uses a Label. You can change the text through:
LabeledEdit1_Lbl.setLabel("test");
BTW: It that code auto-generated? You really don't need to specify
default like readOnly=false, too.
