I like the idea. From what I have seen at the Tibco Website the PageBus is only 4KB of BSD licensed JavaScript code, so we could event integrate it into qooxdoo and use your message bus as a frontend. Just my quick thoughts, I didn't had time yet to taker a closer look at it.
