Hi Rüdiger,

Safari (Mac) does support scroll events the scroll wheel does work 
<http://adomas.org/javascript-mouse-wheel/test.html>. I'm not sure why 
it is not working in qooxdoo. Could you please open a bug report for 
this issue? I will take a closer look at this issue once I go back to 
the event stuff.
