Well, I didn't check the bugs because there was absolutely no mention in the
list and I also did a source code search for the string and it is not in the
code I am using (I had unfortunately searched for the entire string '
but when I just did another search just now for just apos I found the
code). I have not done too much testing of components etc to see what they
do outside of my application with regard to this issue because I didn't
think it was a qooxdoo problem. I spent a lot of time searching Google for
answers and there were many, but none of them worked. And since there was no
occurrence of ' in the code I have, I didn't think this was a qooxdoo
issue. I was asking the question assuming that it was not a qooxdoo problem
and hoping that someone found a solution outside of qooxdoo.
Since your email, I have found the offending code and made the change and it
does in fact solve my issues. Thanks for the heads up and next time I will
check the bug list as well.
