I have verified the fix from the legacy branch and all my controls are now
working fine on resize.

Most of these issues have been fixed in the legacy branch after 0.7.2
came out. Just today I have fixed the issue with the menu buttons. In
the legacy branch the demo
"frontend/application/demorunner/source/html/test/HtmlLayout_1.html"
shows some widgets placed into an application with browser scrollbars
enabled. If still some widgets are not working as expected, let me know
or still better add it to the mentioned demo and send me the code.
Fixing these issues will not be a big issue.

No release date for 0.7.3 has been decided but I think it will be out at
the beginning of the next year.
