Also see http://bugzilla.qooxdoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=764 which has uncovered in 0.7.3 (and earlier) a major cause of memory leaks when objects are disposed during normal application processes (i.e. not at the final closing of the application), due to the theme system. A patch is attached to the issue which fixes the problem.
