What are the problems? Can you provide more details? "Aren't displayed in
the right way" is just not enough... I've recently upgraded (from 0.7.2) to
0.7.3 and did notice minor appearance changes [1] but nothing
(layout-related) was broken...
Note: Although qooxdoo aims to provide quality cross-browser technology to
ease Web development, I personally advice developers to test with more than
one browser every now and then to make sure things look (and behave)
properly.

During migration all generated locale information is deleted during
preparation to avoid a possible incoherency ("make distclean" command).
If you use locale support you must prepare it (at least once). You may:
* Set "APPLICATION_LOCALES" in your application's Makefile [2] or
* Go to an application which has locale support and "make" it
(you may use qooxdoo's "frontend/application/showcase", for example).
This is an issue found several times in the mailing list so it seems a
candidate for the FAQ! ;-)
