I've been testing nightly builds of Firefox 3 [1] and am pretty confident on
the upcoming improvements, mostly in performance and memory management but
also in many other aspects.

Recently I've bumped into a possible issue: while viewing scroll-intensive
qooxdoo widgets (such as show case's List View [2]), I see that scroll bar
behavior seems broken.

Platforms:
Windows XP and Ubuntu 7.10, both using (Firefox 3) 2008020419 nightly build.
Symptom isn't shown in Firefox 2 (at least, not in 2.0.0.11) versions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the proposed URL [2] for example. The table widget also triggers the
same behavior;
2. Try to scroll the widget: not by dragging the scroll bar but by clicking
between the down arrow and the bar itself (nothing happens);
3. Drag the scroll bar near to the middle and repeat 2.. Also, click the
portion between the up arrow and the bar itself.

Expected Results:
The bar scrolls up/down, if the click is, respectively, in the portion
above/below the bar.

Actual Results:
The bar scrolls up if the portion bellow the bar is clicked, and scrolls
down if the portion above is clicked - the behavior is reversed.

Additional Information:
I wasn't able to reproduce the issue using other widgets (such as the iFrame
or pages which require scrolling), reason why I'm asking for qooxdoo experts
help to isolate the issue or to identify it as a framework issue (I was only
able to reproduce in qooxdoo-based applications).
I suspect that complexity in wrapping overflowed elements is confusing
Firefox 3 (so, in my opinion, this is not a qooxdoo-related issue) but I'd
like to confirm it before reporting the issue to Mozilla. Help in
understanding the issue (finding non-qooxdoo samples, if there are any) and
isolating it (providing a simpler test-case) would be most useful.
