Right now you can change the font size only programatically. You can 
define a font theme with a larger font size and provide buttons to 
switch between these themes. On the other side the trend seems to go 
towards full page zoom, which will work out of the box with qooxdoo. 
Currently IE7, Opera and Firefox 3 support full page zoom. WebKit is 
said to support it soon.

Reacting on browser font resize is not (yet) on our list for qooxdoo 0.8 
but this may change :-)
