Yes, we plan to make use of HtmlArea in client applications and also in our
general PHP ajax framework (akorn).  HtmlArea seems to load quickly compared
to other editors.  TinyMCE and FCKeditor are my points of reference.

I'm not a mixin expert, but perhaps an HtmlArea toolbar could be
incorporated as an optional mixin?  The mixin concept seems like a nice way
to go.
