Yep, got it. When it happens next time, try deleting the cache directory (usually .../framework/.cache) and try again, that might save you from doing a fresh qooxdoo install. And try to get rid of these heap allocation errors, e.g. by closing big apps before you run a make. (I would be interested in the log output (last couple of lines) when this happens, BTW).
