Maybe you could increase the amount of memory allocated to cygwin -
http://www.cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/setup-maxmem.html

It's possible given your class structure and so on that the qooxdoo
compiler is blowing up in memory allocation. Do you have all your
generated qooxdoo code in one file, for example?
