Can we expect qooxdoo to have some alternative when right mouse action
cannot be prevented?

Hi,
I wonder how people implement contextmenu in browsers where default
action of mouse right click cannot be prevented.
I implemented temporary "CTRL + Mouse Left Click" to open context menu.
But I'd like to avoid usage of CTRL or SHIFT as they are used in
selection. What alternatives people suggest to use?
