Update: BTW, Alex, due to the different results from getLayoutParent() when the list is empty or not, the idea of getUserData() fails as well.
When the list is empty, which means getLayoutParent() returns the list, I can retrieve the user data. But apparently I failed to do so when the list is not empty. Due to this problem (a bug?), it seems qx discourages reusing the same event handler on different controls. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/How-to-id-the-event-sender--tp20268466p20299876.html Sent from the qooxdoo-devel mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ qooxdoo-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/qooxdoo-devel
