Take a look at

Although that demo is using the 0.8 (trunk) code, I don't believe there have
been any changes to the API to Table since 0.7. In particular, look at how
tableColumnModel is specified in the "custom" parameter to the constructor,
and then how resizeBehavior is used. (You'll likely want to look at the API
documentation for qx.ui.table.columnmodel.Resize.)

pressing the "JS Code" button near the top right.
