The default download location has been changed, it's now a subdirectory
of your compile cache folder (something like ".../cache/downloads"). You
can change to some other value using the "cache/downloads" key in your
config (see
http://qooxdoo.org/documentation/0.8/generator_config_ref#cache).
In any case, you have to change the 'uri' value of the library entries
to match the new location.
