I have to include most of the classes because I am lazy and haven't used the
correct requires clauses yet to make my file smaller (will do this in time),
so mine is 1.1 megs uncompressed. I require most of the classes because I
generate a lot of JavaScript on the fly from the server that the build
process does not know about so I need to make sure the code is available to
execute on the client. Oh, and I have NO optimization at all on the file.
For one reason or another, my app stops working when I optimize it so for
now I am not using any.
