It's fixed. As b.collig...@gmail.com says, "the problem is linked to flash parameters. user must have wmode=transparent to allow zIndex. But notice this mode isn't currently available for Linux and there are also sightly difference between IE and Firefox flash renderers in zIndex management when wmode equals to transparent.
