Hi Thomas, Andy I'd be interested to learn more about this topic as well (a wiki entry would be great). I already had a look at the images in the source folder and the "clipped" image parts. My missing link is: How does the compiler know how big the different parts have to be (eg. width of the border, etc.)? The API states something about "image meta data": http://demo.qooxdoo.org/current/apiviewer/#qx.ui.decoration.Grid
But i couldn't find any image meta data (at least not while looking at the metadata of the images in the source folder).
