Hello Farid! Since 0.8 a background image can only be set by using qx.ui.decoration.Background. This is not as complicated or complex as it first seems to be. ;-) We have a demo showing how to use a decorator in the Demo Browser: <http://demo.qooxdoo.org/current/demobrowser/#ui~Decoration.html > and a Wiki page: <http://qooxdoo.org/documentation/0.8/ ui_decorators> containing information how to use and write own decorators.
