Andy,

You're asking the wrong person for the steps, as I'm just a beginner
myself.

If you mean getting involved in the contrib group, I followed the steps
in the Qooxdoo documentation under "Contributing" (Request a contrib
account, supply my SourceForge account, sign up for Bugzilla account),
but I have not tried to contribute anything yet. I'm still waiting for
approval of my learner's permit, so I have not started learning this
process yet.

If you mean including "contrib" content in a project, I think the
instructions provided in the link from Hugh spells out how to include
the additional library found within "contrib". It appears to be fairly
straightforward by adding an entry into the config.json file within the
application project, but I also haven't tried to take that step yet
either. I think you can include from either the web library or a local
copy of the contrib library, but I haven't proven it to myself yet.

Maybe you meant to have Hugh spell out the easy steps - I'm not sure I
can give you those steps yet.

Thanks,

    Gene
