could I ask for enumeration of the pre-sdks?

So, instead naming all pre-sdk releases the same, it would be very helpful
to have their build-number included

This would be very helpful also for the communication with you developers.
Currently if I'm asked, 'which build you use', my answer is: 'the one from
yesterday morning', which could get confusing after a couple of days :-)

I also voted for the inclusion of a small ReadMe with the most significant
changes to the drop, for all of us who are not able to follow the SVN
checkins.
